Writer-Culinary Alexandre Dumas |

Alexandre Dumas (1802–1870) wrote 456 works , but few who have managed to read all of them . However, the famous Alexandre Dumas pere , not only as a writer but also a great cook . He believed that the most important work of his life – «Big culinary dictionary». Moreover , the literature, according to him , his life ravaged writer and gastronomy has made him a wealthy man . Culinary dictionary Dumas and today can be read as a fascinating book, and in his recipes – cooking. That’s just their recipes Dumas is not patented . But he could , because in France the patent law was adopted in 1791 on the culinary talents of fellow writers with open admiration of George Sand wrote : «The whole dinner, from soup to salad , cooked dad Dumas ! Eight or ten of excellent dishes. Yum!»
