Universal History Annotation << Back AIR TERRORISM AND PIRACY – GLOBAL PROBLEM OF WORLD COMMUNITY M.N. Tikhonov, M.M. Bogoslovskiy The review of a current state of an actual problem of air terrorism on the basis of domestic and foreign researches is given. On the basis of domestic and foreign research there are provided an overview of the current state of the problem of air piracy and terrorism, set out the real facts of the downed passenger aircraft and an anthology of air terrorism, presented by international terrorism. A brief chronology of major air attacks that have taken place over the past decade are given. The problems of organization of the fi ght against air terrorism in Russia and other countries and the aviation security measures are considered.
