Gucheva The article examines the moment of co-creation of the «sacred space» of the myth through cult appeals in honor of the goddess and patroness of bees and beekeeping by the Merem in «Rite of passage in honor of the Great Mother of God», the «Sh»oumaf» festival, the «Day of the swarm» and «Day of the honey bribe», the Feast of the Dormition «MeremIyu» and the night of ritual cleansing «Dyg»uzh’yg»u zheshch» (night of the wolf’s hole) and the ceremony in honor of the Great Mother associated with the removal of bread from the fields «Tkhagrepkh», as well as their local and socio-cultural features, refl ecting and symbolizing the ideas of myth , value reference points of the historical era.
