Universal History Annotation << Back Automobile Passenger Transportation in the Republic of Dagestan in the 2nd Half of the 60s and 70s of the 20th Century and the Increase in Environmental Problems Alilova K.M., Murtuzov M.M., Idrisova S.G., Kairbekova G.S. Based on archival sources and materials from periodicals, an interesting period in the history of Dagestan and the USSR. The article examines various aspects of the country's development in the context of ongoing socio-economic reforms. The contradictions that the country and the region encountered during the implementation of reforms are shown. Crisis phenomena in the socio-economic development of the USSR are traced. At the same time, issues of the development of passenger road transport in Dagestan and its impact on all aspects of the lives of Dagestanis, including issues of growing environmental problems in the region, are being considered.
