Universal History Annotation << Back THE SOME FEATURES OF LAW-ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE IN THE MOUNTAIN COURTS OF THE TERSKY AND KUBANS OBLATS IN THE LAST THIRD OF XIX – THE BEGINNING OF THE XX CENTURY A.H. Hacheritlov In the article features of the law-enforcement practice in the mountain verbal courts and the rural courts of the Tersky and Kuban oblasts in the last third of XIX – the beginning of the XX century are investigated. Is established that in different districts of these regions of the practician on criminal cases I could get peculiar features depending on features of the standard culture of the indigenous people. The conclusion is drawn, in a legislative order rules and the standards of behavior obligatory for observance in the territory of all country, against preservation of their some traditional public institutes were established.
