Shabelnik The article is devoted to the organization of the partisan movement in the occupied territory of the Leningrad Region in the first months of the Great Patriotic War. The focus is on the issue of organization of control and the process of forming a centralized control over the partisan detachments in the Leningrad region at the beginning of the war. The creation of an effective structure of the partisan movement is considered.
