Slavina The interconnection of interethnic, interfaith and international relations is considered on the examples of the Cyprus conflict and ethnic conflicts associated with the collapse of Yugoslavia and the earlier Austro-Hungarian Empire. It is noted that many conflicts are based on the economic interests of states and socio-political groups that initiate tension in the field of interethnic and interfaith relations.
