Turygin The article deals with the features of the development of right-wing conservative political organizations in the late 19th - early 20th centuries. on the example of the activities of the German Conservative Party and the Union of the Russian People. The article analyzes political programs, tactics and methods of political struggle in a comparative historical perspective. The role of an external factor in the formation of right-wing conservative political forces and the development of political activity of conservatives in Russia and Germany is noted. The article draws conclusions about the commonality of political tactics of rightwing conservative political organizations on the eve of the First World War.
