Universal History Annotation << Back DZHARO-BELOKANY IN THE LATE XVIII – EARLY XIX CENTURY: POLITICAL EVENTS M.M. Muradov In the article, the author studies the issue of the arrival of Russian colonizers in the Caucasus and the political events that took place on the territory of the Dzharo-White Stone military societies. From the article we see that the skirmishes that started the Caucasian War were noted outside Dagestan. In 1828, the war began, unjust on the part of the Russian colonialists.
