Universal History Annotation << Back ON THE QUESTION OF THE ANALYSIS OF SOVIET LITERATURE IN 1918–1935 ON THE ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY IN ORGANIZING THE DEFEAT OF THE ENEMIES OF THE REVOLUTION DURING THE CIVIL WAR (1918–1922) A.A. Vinogradov Relevance and goals. The relevance of this topic is determined by the important role of the period under consideration in the history of Russia. The special role of the subject under study is caused by the attempts of modern foreign and domestic propagandists and pseudo-scientists to get close to the issue of reviewing the results of the Second World War. Our ideological opponents and direct enemies are trying to approach the revision by denigrating the role of the Communist Party of Russia in world history and the history of Russia. Materials and methods. The sources on this issue belong to the group of written sources. These sources include the works of the military leaders of the RSFSR. The methodology of the research is based on the principles of a systematic approach to the consideration of the issues of the military-political struggle of the Young Republic of Soviets with the White Guards, interventionists and separatists through the prism of sources published in 1918–1935, which allows us to get away from subjective assessments and highlight the real significance of the RCP (b) in the military leadership of the country. This work focuses on the issue of analyzing the literature on the role of the Bolshevik Party in the military leadership of the RSFSR during the Civil War. As an object of research in the materials of this article, the main literature published in our country from the first years of the existence of Soviet power in Russia and up to the mid-1930s is directly considered. Results. In conclusion, the paper concludes that it is necessary to combat the falsification of history by involving new reliable scientific facts in the scientifi c discussion and popularizing genuine representative history.
