Universal History Annotation << Back REALIZATION OF SOVIET STATE’S LABOUR POLICY IN REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR (1941–1945) A.Sh. Kabirova This article considers main directions and forms of realization of the soviet state’s labour policy during the War Period as exemplified by Tatarstan. The author notes that the issues of human resources in the Republic were especially acute and critical cause for coming of evacuated enterprises and government institutions, analyzes problems of relationship between government bodies and people in industrial production, detects methods of labour motivation of people, discloses deviations in labour behaviour during the War Period.
